Richard Newport

has successfully defended his PhD "Dolomitisation and Dedolomitisation of Shallow Marine, Upper Albian-Lower Turonian Carbonates."

Congratulations to Richard, who is staying at Manchester this year on a 1 year PostDoc funded by Hess, working on carbonate reservoirs from Kurdistan, prior to joining Shell in 2015.
